We’ve Elevated the Visitor Management Feature

We’ve revamped the visitor management feature so that it offers an even better experience to you and your tenants. The feature now includes pedestrian and vehicular modes, and a phone number field that can be added by the host when adding the visitor’s details.

The Changes on Our Forms & Requests Feature are Live

Communication between managers and assignees just got easier!

You no longer need to wait for admin updates as assignees and managers can update their statuses and send external comments directly from their device.

We’ve also added the option for managers to link an assignee directly to a unit.

أصبح التواصل بين المديرين والمكلّفين أسهل! لا حاجة بعد الآن إلى انتظار تحديثات المشرفين، فقد أصبح بإمكان المكلّفين والمديرين تحديث حالاتهم وإرسال تعليقات خارجيّة مباشرةً من أجهزتهم. كما أضفنا خياا يسمح للمشرفين بربط الشخص المكلّف مباشرةً بوحدة

And Renovations Completed on Leasing & Invoicing

We’ve made a few design and functional improvements to our leasing and invoicing features. You can now:

• Void an invoice
• Specify the VAT and discount amount per line item
• Edit and add to former leases that have expired, terminated, or scheduled for terminations
• Update and/or add lessee information if the lease wasn’t signed on the app
• Use the updated invoice import templates and newly added fields
• Assign invoices to the lessee or a co-owner to settle payments on the portal

تحديد ضريبة القيمة المضافة والمبلغ المخصوم لكل سلعة

تحرير عقود الإيجار السابقة التي انتهت مدّتها أو تمّ إنهاؤها أو جدولة إنهائها، والإضافة إليها

تحديث معلومات المستأجر إذا لم يوقَّع عقد الإيجار على التطبيق، و/أو الإضافة إليها

استخدام نماذج استيراد الفواتير المحدّثة والحقول المضافة حديثًا

تعيين فواتير للمستأجرين أو أحد المالكين لتسوية المدفوعات على البوابة
